Congratulations Vicky and David!

Today at 4:30pm Vicky and David are getting married. I am so excited for these two beautiful people! I met David while I was studying photography and he is known as technogeek in our little circle called "the f-stops" David is an excellent commercial photographer and a dear friend of mine. I still remember the first time David told me about Vicky. We were going to lunch in Manhattan beach. I hadn't seem him for a while so I asked him if he was seeing someone. (Well, I am like a big sister to him so I am allowed to ask these questions) David was already thinking about proposing to Vicky so I knew he had found a woman of his life. Over our short lunch David showed me Vicky's picture on his phone and talked about what a great person she was. So when we met Vicky for the first time at the f-stop get together, it was like meeting an old friend. When Vicky and David asked me to shoot their engagement photo. I was pretty nervous. It's not easy to shoot for a friend to begin with and it's definitely nerve-racking to shoot for another photographer. Vicky requested these photos to be unrevealed until the wedding day. I'll put up a slide show for them after the wedding. While it was impossible to keep these two goofballs to be serious at times but then again I always perfer capturing their charater. Our shoot was blast! Thank you for allowing me to document your special day! Here are few teaser shots.

e-session Mary & Benny

When Mary & Benny told me that they have decided to hire me as their wedding photographer, I was thrilled. We, photographers always love to work with clients that respect our work and would be willing to do anything that we ask them to do. Benny first told me that he was not really into being photographed, but he was doing it ALL for Mary. Today, Benny not only came up with few ideas for our shoot and did charming job as a model. These two weren't feeling not so well today, but we had a blast. Thank you guys for being such a good sport about everything! Andy & I really enjoyed spending time with you two. Thank you for sharing precious moments in your life with us. Let's do Korean BBQ dinner soon!

I met Season in 2004 as she was helping her sister Courtney's wedding.
So I was thrilled to get an e-mail from Season.
Let me tell you little more about this extraordinary family.
I meet many families through my job, but this family is just so much fun and loving.
Both mother's helped with the decoration & set up.
I love talking to parents of bride and groom to be. They usually tell me lovely stories about their children. I felt so loved and cared at this party!! These mothers made sure that I was fed and Corky even gave me a bottle of her homemade drink for me to take home.
I saw Season's dad in the kitchen right before the party cutting bread for everyone.
Mike arrived with their four well dressed children all by himself. (Courtney had to come early to help) Can I say that men in this family Rock!

Season's friend who is a great event coordinator sent the crew to help.
